This place is in a great location, and the staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. Everything was so convenient during our stay. We had a room on the second floor, and it was quiet. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The AC worked well and wasn’t too noisy.

The staff were so lovely, always a friendly smile. great location right in town and a really cool apartment. Small and practical kitchen with a great private area outside to sit and enjoy. Wifi and aircon were also perfect!

Big room with AC just as the photos show. The place is close to the center, shops, bars and restaurants but far enough so it is not noisy. I recommend it if you want to have a decent sleep. The beach is around 5 minutes walk which is perfect. Everything was good. I arrived early and they kept my luggage at the recepción while I went for my island hopping tour.

The staff and front desk were super helpful. Especially Lesley! The inn was very close to shops and restaurants and not too far from the boarding ships (for tours) Very close to cell towers so our group had good signal Would stay here again.

Recently renovated, the common areas are very nice, especially the terrace. Wi-fi works very well. The bed is very comfortable. The location is perfect: very close to the main streets, but without their noise. Great and helpful staff.

The staff were super friendly, the location and the cleanliness of the rooms really exceeded the price bracket! Drinking water machine right next to our room, nice balcony (not private) but still a great addition & really decent size bathroom / shower

Exceptional value, clean and welcoming. New hotel with air con and TV in rooms, breakfast available. Friendly and helpful staff. Locationa good, just two minutes walk from the centre of town.

The location was amazing! The apartment was very well equipted and the staff helped us with everything we needed. All the palmera hotel has common sitting areas, balconies and free filter water stands which made our stay super easy. We highly reccomend.

The receptionist and the rest of the staff were very friendly! We arrived past 12noon and they let us check in early.

Really kind receptionists and well mannered. Room clean and brand new forniture. The structure gives the chance to book inland or Island tour and van transfert to Puerto Princesa as well.... Private or shared
